A: The guesthouse accommodates up to 18 people. Rental includes access to the fishing pond, swimming pools, and grounds, excluding private property. Parties require written approval from the owners. A: Sassafras Farms offers a resort-like experience with seasonal produce, comfortable lodging, and amenities like a pool, waterfall, fireplace, and sauna. Our event space is ideal for weddings, retreats, and family gatherings. Enjoy fishing, interacting with farm animals, and purchasing fresh eggs. A: The event space rental is $3000 per night. There is a separate fee for the guesthouse. We recommend the guest house for small events.
