About the Role:
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Developing and implementing content strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Creating content calendars and style guides.
Conducting research and identifying new content opportunities.
Content Creation & Management:
Writing, editing, and publishing content for websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms.
Managing content creation and editing processes, potentially including leading a team of writers.
Utilizing content management systems (CMS) for publishing and managing content.
SEO & Optimization:
Implementing SEO best practices to improve content visibility and ranking.
Optimizing content for different platforms and channels.
Content Distribution & Promotion:
Managing content distribution to various online channels and social media platforms.
Identifying opportunities for content promotion and amplification.
Content Analysis & Reporting:
Analyzing website traffic and user engagement metrics.
Tracking content performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Reporting on content performance to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborating with marketing, design, and other teams to develop content.
Communicating with writers and other content creators to ensure consistency and quality.
Responding to feedback and iterating on content based on data and feedback.
Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with content management systems (CMS).
Ability to analyze data and metrics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of different content formats and platforms. ,
Requirements:
Preferred College degree or 3-5 years of experience in managing content
Must be able to travel onsite as required
Have an agricultural background or a strong interest
Strong organizational skills
Portofolio of work required
