By visiting the farm, you agree that you will operate in high regard for the earth and the facility. You acknowledge that this is a volunteer visit and you will hold harmless the owner, employees, contractors, or other operating in a volunteer capacity. You acknowledge that you have waived legal rights if you willing or unlawfully commit any act of misconduct. Arbitration of any legal proceedings will be determined by the owner and will supersede any other form of litigation.
